  1. I have an I ticket, earlier it was wait list now it is confirmed, so I didn’t take print out, BUT TC asking for print out only authorized to travel, now confirm me after receiving message for confirmation also, need to take print out?

    • Check the Mobile No on IRCTC Profile Account. Most probably the given number will be wrong because of that reason you have not received any mail. You can re-send the SMS via re-send option available under irctc.co.in website.

  2. I Booked Train tickets E-Tickets for 18/19 March .I received the e-mail at my registered email id .but not received SMS on registered Mobile .Is this the new feature …in reservation…I am receiving since last months the SMS from IRCTC for train ticket reservation.

  3. Can I travel with my ticket which is in mail..is it valid or I have to show the SMS ..my sister going to travel . I booked the ticket ..I can't able to forward the SMS to her.

    • You Can travel by E-Ticket copy available on Mail. But Forwarded SMS TTE will not consider. Most important thing is the person who travel should keep Original Valid ID proof.
